CDHAM was proud to participate in another successful Military Health System conference this year, along with approximately 4,000 military medical professionals. In addition to taking part in the Conference’s exhibition portion, the Defense Medical Readiness Training Institute (DMRTI), in collaboration with CDHAM Subject Matter Experts, took part in the Medical Stability Operations Executive Course, where they discussed the overall framework of medical stability operations, lessons learned, and host nation perspective.
CDHAM’s Measures of Effectiveness (MoE) Working Group also presented their framework to the Combatant Command (COCOM) Surgeons at the Conference. The group laid out the background and objectives of the working group and provided COCOM Surgeons the details of the results’ framework.
CDHAM speakers included CDHAM Director, Dr. Charles Beadling, CDHAM Director of Education and Civ-Mil Medicine, CDR Carlos Williams, CDR Glen Diehl, CDHAM Deputy Director, Dr. Kevin Riley, Senior Scientist Dr. Shakir Jawad and Afghan Specialist Dr. Sayed Alam.
