Contributing to National Security, by achieving Regional and Global Stability, through Healthcare Diplomacy. As part of the Department of Defense, our raison d’ etre is national security. Events since the end of the Cold War, especially in the last six years. activities have made it clear that we cannot have security at home as long as there is global instability. CDHAM’s contribution to national security is by using healthcare diplomacy to stabilize regions, and subsequently the globe.
